Finished Three-Decker Artwork in bronze at Edward Everett Square, 2010

The completed artwork featured 3 quotes collected from community residents: “The smell of Nana’s cooking rose through the floors.” (Resident, 1986), “I was born in the apartment downstairs.” (Resident 1956) and “We moved because I could no longer afford to stay.” (Former Resident, 2006).  The actual house the sculpture was modeled after is seen when walking down East Cottage Street, while other three-decker houses also surround Edward Everett Square.
